We have been supplying full-scale reproduction of textures and images to decorate building façades or interior walls since 2018. We decorate powder-coated metal sheets with high resolution custom images having the same colour shades of those chosen by the designer.
A wide range of aluminium alloy sheets is available for immediate delivery. We provide coil flattening and cutting services.
Prior to the powder coating step, the metal sheets are pretreated to make the powder perfectly adhere to the surface. The pretreatment includes different stages: raw material degreasing, de-smutting, neutralization and chromating.

The powder coating is applied on the metal sheets according to Qualicoat specifications to protect the surface against weathering and to create a base layer for decoration. We apply two different coats of powder to get more vibrant colours.

We digitally print high resolution images supplied by the customer. This type of technology brings out the colours of images printed on paper suitable for sublimation.

The chemical-physical process of sublimation enhances powder-coated aluminium surfaces. The final step consists of transferring the sublimation inks from the paper to the metal sheets using Decoral® machineries running at a temperature of 200°C.
