DECORAL® PROCESS
How does it work?
Powder
coating
Powder coatings are applied on the pre-treated metal support with electrostatic devices (OFB disks, manual and automatic spray guns), then they cured in the oven according to the specifications of the technical data sheet. These products, made of polyester or polyurethane resins, are totally free of solvents and heavy metals.

Decoration
First of all, the object to be decorated is wrapped in a heat-transfer film and vacuum sealed. Then, it is placed inside Decoral® oven where the inks printed on the film are transferred into the powder-coated layer of the object using heat. At the end of the process, the film is removed from the decorated object.
Decoration
The object to be decorated is wrapped with a heat-transfer film printed with the desired decoration pattern which is vacuum sealed to the surface. The object is then placed inside a Decoral® oven where, thanks to the high temperature, the inks printed on the film are transferred into the coating layer. At the end of the process, the film is removed from the decorated object.
